1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Certifyz ("Service"), operated by MARUA TECH INC. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), a corporation incorporated under the laws of British Columbia, Canada, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you do not have permission to access the Service.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using our Service, you represent and warrant that:

You are at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
You are not prohibited from using the Service under Canadian law or applicable laws
If using on behalf of an organization, you have authority to bind that organization

3. Description of Service

Certifyz provides enterprise certificate management services including but not limited to: certificate lifecycle management, SSL/TLS certificate provisioning, certificate monitoring, expiration tracking, and related security services. The Service is provided on a subscription basis in accordance with the plan selected by you.

4. User Accounts and Security

You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
All activities that occur under your account
Immediately notifying us of any unauthorized use of your account
Ensuring all registration information is accurate and current

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to:

Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
Violate any Canadian federal, provincial, or local laws
Transmit malware, viruses, or malicious code
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code
Use the Service to store or transmit infringing or unlawful content
Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

6. Payment Terms

Subscription Fees: Pay all fees associated with your selected plan. USD unless specified.

Billing: Billed in advance monthly/annually. Non-refundable except as required by law.

Taxes: Exclusive of applicable taxes (GST/HST/PST/QST).

Payment Failures: 30-day grace period. Access may be restricted thereafter.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

Our Property: Service content owned by us, protected by copyright/trademark laws.

Your Content: You retain ownership. You grant us license to use solely for Service provision.

Feedback: We may use feedback without obligation.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use is governed by our Privacy Policy (PIPEDA compliant). Please review our Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES.

Limitation: Company not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential damages.

Max Liability: Limited to amount paid by you in the preceding 12 months.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Certifyz from claims arising from:

Your violation of these Terms
Your violation of third-party rights
Your use/misuse of the Service
Your content or data

11. Termination

By You: Terminate anytime via account settings.

By Us: Immediate termination for violation, or 30 days' notice otherwise.

Effect: Right to use ceases. Data deleted after 90 days unless required.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Governing Law: British Columbia, Canada.

Dispute Resolution: Negotiation first, then binding arbitration in British Columbia.

Class Action Waiver: Individual dispute resolution only.

13. Changes and Miscellaneous

We may modify Terms with 30 days' notice for material changes.

Entire Agreement. Severability applies. No Waiver. Assignment restricted.
